The pre-assembled building as supplied by dealer Clegg Co. at 1444 S. Kelly Rd., Schenectady, NY 12306, 518-864-5396 and 518-864-5474 fx, shall be a low maintenance-lightweight corrosive resistant aluminum (factory fabricated) building __________ wide x _________ long and 84-3/4" outside height. Interior dimension from floor to ceiling is 78-3/4". The building, size permitting, will be shipped fully assembled, pre-wired and ready for use upon delivery.

Frame Construction: Structural framing will be comprised of 6063-T6 aluminum alloy extrusions. All members will have a Quaker Bronze finish. Connections to be fastened internally to the framing systems using mechanical fasteners or MIG welded where necessary.

Base/Floor: Base structure will be layered assembly that is 2" in thickness. It is consisting of a .032 mill finish aluminum underside, plywood, expanded polystyrene insulation and a finished floor of nonskid aluminum tread plate. 6' x 6' or larger unit mounted on 4" steel channel base frame with anchoring angles.

Lower Wall Panel: Exterior will be .032 Quaker Bronze aluminum 3" insulation and .032 interior aluminum. Overall thickness of panel will be 3".

Ceiling: Interior ceiling will be foam core panel system providing smooth flat interior. Constructed from 24 GA prefinished white with expanded polystyrene core.

Roof: Will be constructed using 20 GA, G-90 interlocking pan sections. Sections to be factory coated with industrial quality polyester white paint. Sections to be 3" high with varying widths to support minimum of 50 PSF live load. Roof drains into full-perimeter gutter system.

Windows: Fixed windows will be single pane 1/8" tempered glass. Sliding windows will have aluminum frame and ½" insulated tempered safety glass and locks. Glass will be glazed within wall system extrusions (not fastened to the exterior wall).

Doors: Sliding doors will be extruded aluminum frame that is top hung using heavy duty ball bearing nylon tire with steel hub. Included is a solid brass cylinder lock. A commercial grade swing door with a commercial grade lock set is available as an option.

Electrical: All electrical will be wired according to N.E.C. Standards. The load center will be a General Electric 125 Amp 120/240 volt unit with 4 or 8 open circuits. All wiring will be within surface mounted EMT conduit lines. Included will be a GFCI duplex receptacle with tester.

Lighting: Lighting will be a twin fluorescent light with tube covers. Size and quantity will depend upon the booth size.

Heat: Heating will be wall mounted electric with fan forced operation, 1500w/5120 BTU and thermostat in an enamel coated 20 gauge steel cabinet.

Frame: Framing will be comprised of 2" x 2" x .120" structural tube, ASTM A5000 grade B. All seams to be MIG welded. Any and all exposed seams will be ground flat and smooth.

Base/Floor: Building to typically be constructed on a 4" galv. structural tube frame. Floor assembly to be 2" thick comprised of galv. steel underside, insulation and 1/8" aluminum treadplate finished floor.

Wall Panels: All wall panels will consist of 14 gauge exterior, 2" of R-16 insulation and a 16 gauge inside face. All panels will be galvanized and will be MIG welded into place.

Ceiling: Interior ceiling will be foam core panel system providing smooth flat interior. Constructed from 24 GA prefinished white with expanded polystyrene core.

Roof: Will be constructed using 20 GA, G-90 interlocking pan sections. Sections to be factory coated with industrial quality polyester white paint. Sections to be 3" high with varying widths able to support minimum of 50 PSF live load. Roof drains into full-perimeter gutter system.

Finish: All exterior surfaces to be smooth and flat with no visible blemishes. All surfaces to be painted using an epoxy/urethane prime to paint system designed to withstand salt spray and freeze thaw testing.

Windows: Fixed windows will be 3/16" tempered safety glass. All sliding and cashier windows will be ½" insulated tempered safety glass. All window frames will be anodized aluminum and fastened to building with no exposed fasteners. All moving windows will be supplied with locking device.

Doors: Standard door to be sliding type. The door to be top hung style using an aluminum overhead track and rollers. Swing door is to be aluminum commercial grade with 3 hinges and closure arm. Both style doors will be supplied with mortise locks and removable cylinders.

Electrical: All electrical will be wired according to N.E.C. Standards. The load center will be a General Electric 125 Amp 120/240 volt unit with 4 to 8 open circuits. All wiring will be within surface mounted EMT conduit lines. Included will be a GFCI duplex receptacle with tester.

Frame: To be formed from 6063-T6 aluminum alloy extrusions with a standard Quaker Bronze finish. Framing to be assembled using internally located mechanical fasteners. Exposed fasteners on framing system are not acceptable.

Roof: Will be constructed using 20 GA, G-90 interlocking pan sections. Sections to be factory coated with industrial quality polyester white paint. Sections to be 3" high with varying widths able to support minimum of 50 PSF live load. Roof drains into full-perimeter gutter system and drained via scuppers in rear of shelter.

Ceiling: Interior ceiling will be foam core panel system providing smooth flat interior. Constructed from 24 GA prefinished white with expanded polystyrene core. Able to support optional lighting or heat panels.

Windows: Fixed windows will be single pane 3/16" clear tempered safety glass, glazed within wall systems. Mechanically fastened framing system is not acceptable. Glass sealed with concealed gasket system.

Wall Panels: (Optional) .032 Quaker Bronze Aluminum on exterior and interior with expanded polystyrene core.

Anchoring: Shelter installation requires concrete pad 4" min. thickness and 12" min. larger than shelter in both length and width. Shelter to be anchored to pad using aluminum ""boots" and factory supplied expansion anchors.

Frame: To be fabricated using 3" x 3" x .125" A-500 Grade B steel tubing. Entire framing system is MIG welded.

Finish: All exterior surfaces to be smooth and flat with no visible blemishes. All surfaces to be painted using an epoxy/urethane prime to paint system designed to withstand salt spray and freeze thaw testing.

Roof: Will be constructed using 20 GA, G-90 interlocking pan sections. Sections to be factory coated with industrial quality polyester white paint. Sections to be 3" high with varying widths able to support minimum of 50 PSF live load. Roof drains into full-perimeter gutter system and drained via scuppers in rear of shelter.

Ceiling: Interior ceiling will be foam core panel system providing smooth flat interior. Constructed from 20 GA prefinished white with expanded polyester core. Able to support optional lighting or heat panels.

Windows: Fixed windows will be single pane ¼" minimum clear tempered safety glass. Glass is framed to shelter using concealed fastener aluminum sash system. Glass stop to be self locking aluminum with built-in gasketing. Angle and TEK screws are not acceptable.

Anchoring: Shelter installation requires concrete pad 6" min. thickness and 18" min. larger than shelter in both length and width. Shelter to be anchored to pad using height adjustable steel base plates and anchored down using ½" min. expansion anchors.
