Lagging in a Panel Steel Post
Steel posts are required for work and office area dividers not supporting a ceiling.
Steel tubes are placed every 12' and lagged to the concrete floor. This was a bit tricky note the "I" beam with electrical
boxes. The customer blocked off the outlets as they were no longer used. This was part of a 45' x 24' x 4' 3 wall work area divider system made with smooth white steel faced High
Wall product.

Positioning a National Partitions High Wall Super Structure Panel
This panel is dropped into a track on the floor and "tapped" into the Post adapter not seen here, but next to the "I"
beam. The standard connector post is seen being brought into place on the left side of the panel.

Now the third panel is mated to the post and panel in the last picture (above).
Bringing two panels together is not hard, a standard panel post simply sandwiches the panel edges. A portable drill with simple Phillips
head driver pulls the back of the post to the front and a simple snap in cover finishes the job.

This is an excellent product, clean in appearance, and easily cleanable. The steel door swings perfectly and steel posts on both sides of the
jam make the 24' wall of this 3 wall unit very stable. The floor track is studded to the floor and the wall is capped in a nice trim.

National Partitions High Wall Is Great
We make this from 8' to 40' long, at 24' it begins to get thicker; 40' it's 6" thick. Super Structure Wall Material.
This picture is of 14' tall material. We did two opposing walls about 40' feet apart, to separate a manufacturing space.
