This size building comes in a tractor trailer in large palletized
loads. Bold type indicates parts you get supplied.
One of the first things that has to be done is get the smaller panel connector posts un-packed and assembled. In 2-story units the panel connectors - a 4-piece part -
sandwich a steel column, eventually hiding it. The steel column is used to support a steel girder framework needed to make the roof structural for the addition of
the second story. The roof will be good for 125 pounds per square foot, making it the floor for upstairs.
The picture: to the right of the tape rule is one formed part of the panel connector, laying face down with one electrical
outlet and its conduit installed. This will be laid on top of the gray steel column to the left of the tape rule. Then long screws go through the connector
and the steel column (see holes) to mate up the the opposing panel connector laying face down under the steel column. Put these together on a bench, loosely.
