This one went in an older building the buyer had adjacent to his home.

The floor had sunk on one corner and so he built a deck for get a flat place to start.  And it made for a warmer office in the winter.

Once the bottom track is down, the walls can start to go up.

This was a tight fit and we cut the building down 6" at the factory, still Ray had to cut the center beam.  Garage door frame still hanging where the door was removed.

Ray went for the modular wiring package and while it seems a little pricey, he was glad he did.  It's pure plug and play.  The box will eventually get mounted to the underside of the roof and the 3 other plugs will pick up lights and panel power.

Once the door gets set the rest is easy.
