After un-packing and figuring out the panel connectors and assembling them, about 3/4's of a days labor, its time to lay the floor channel in which you will stand the wall panels.
On the floor pick your start point and make a ninety degree mark, snap a chalk line in both directions.  Understanding basic algebra you mark 96" up both chalk lines, those two marks should be also EXACTLY 96" apart, if not than the 90 degree corner you thought you had isn't exact enough - a perfect 3 sided triangle with a 90 degree corner can be verified with these measurements.

Now chalk line from your original start out past the end of the wall, using the final marks at the 96" distance to line up the chalk line.  At the end of each wall verify you are still square the same way.
Hint:  The factory figures a 28' x 28' office with the measurement in the middle of the wall itself, which is 3" thick.  So the outside of the building is actually 28' 3".  The measurement will be on the print.

Panels can be pretty heavy, these had 2 sheets of 5/8" sheetrock under 20 gauge sheet metal and a foam core.

Once your track is on the floor - stud gunned or drilled and bolted - panels are stood up and brought together with a panel connector between them.  Inserting the edges while on an angle and rotating into place can help make a good fit.  But tapping the edges with a board and mallet may also be needed.

In this application, with the structural steel requirement for the second floor, steel columns are sandwiched in the panel connectors and a steel foot must be concrete anchored in the floor - anchors suppliedSo a hammer drill will be needed and 1/2" bit.

Here you can see the floor channel, the tan painted post and the steel column foot being drilled.

As you pick panels, they have to be matched to the print as you may have some cut-to-width panels,  you'll probably find half panels for windows.  Windows are separate and mate to the bottom panel, and the panel connector and is finished with a top panel that finishes the wall panel.

The doors, singles anyway, are pre-hung in the panel.  Double doors take up 2 panels and need a special framework.  Setting doors may need some shimming to work perfectly.  You'll need to specify how they swing and how big, we have 3 basic sizes [36x84, 48x84 and 48x96] and can make up double door sets too.  Door glass comes in different sizes and thickness' and doors can be fire code rated as well.
